Regular Volunteers – Regular Volunteers live and work at Estancia Ranquilco performing a wide range of activities.
Immersion Volunteers – Immersion volunteers live and work with the gauchos typically at camps and puestos in the Andean cordillera.
Mounted Volunteers – Mounted Volunteers are advanced horsemen/women who perform horse related duties around the ranch.
